Erin Maynard earned her BS in Interior Design from Meredith University in Raleigh, NC, and her Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from NC State University in Raleigh, NC. Ms. Maynard joined Manning Design Group as an intern in her junior year of college and then became a part-time employee, which led to her full-time position.

Ms. Maynard has successfully served as interior designer on numerous healthcare projects, including cost estimating, finish standards, acute care facilities and renovations, and freestanding outpatient clinics.

As an interior designer for Manning Design Group, Ms. Maynard brings an understanding of the functional requirements of clinical spaces, and successfully addresses the aesthetics needed for creating healing environments.
