Michelle Leonard earned her BFA in Interior Design from University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS, and brings 15 years of professional architectural and interior design experience to Manning Design Group. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Leonard worked for the interior design firm, Childs-Dreyfus Group in Chicago, as well as the dealership firm, Alfred Williams, in Greensboro, NC.

Ms. Leonard has successfully served as interior designer and project manager on numerous healthcare projects, including finish standards, medical office buildings and renovations, and freestanding outpatient clinics, with specific experience in cancer centers, inpatient rooms and radiology.

As a senior designer for Manning Design Group, Ms. Leonard brings an understanding of the functional requirements of clinical spaces, and successfully addresses the aesthetics needed for creating healing environments.
